Lazy representatives

Sanlam representatives are all ***********, app**** for a 1% from My son's trust fund and was told to wait for 7 to 14 days as I was in the waiting period and that my funds will be transferred after 7 to 14 days. Today is day 14 and I'm told I was sent an email (which i didnt get) specifying that I've reached my maximum. But last year when I spoke to one of their representatives they told me the opposite of what I was told today. It's frustrating that you are the one that has to call them for follow-ups and they hardly communicate anything with you. The only thing they know is sending these useless machine generated emails. It's really frustrating.
