Late payments od claims

I regret the day I jointed Assupol. I should have checked Hellopeter first. My dad passed away on the 15 August 2025. I sent the documents on the 18 August 2025. Only got paid on the 22 August in the afternoon, the day before the funeral. When you call they all give you different stories.
