Late Mum's Death Benefit

Good Day,<br> I have been dealing with the Sanlam Employee Benefits department since September last year, the administrators of my Late Mum's Death Benefit. I have recently received a letter notifying me of the distribution of the death benefit, I have sent numerous e-mails requesting further details and have had no response. The person handling the case is now apparently no longer in the employ of Sanlam, all I received is an auto response stating this. The person that is supposed to be handling the case also does not respond to my queries. The resigned person is Nelisa Kwali and I'm assuming her team leader is Reinette Le Roux.<br> I am supposed to accept or object to the current distribution but I can't get a hold of anyone to assist me. It is really frustrating, I've had the same problem with the Administrators of my Mum's Estate which so happens to be Sanlam as well..Is this how Sanlam, a well renowned company operates?<br>
