Late estate of my mom
<p>Hello this is my last option. I am struggling to get my moms late estate finished. I phoned in august talk to desma in bloemfontein. She said it will be finished quuck because my mom dont have anything at that stage. She did not come back dont answer emails or if shes out of office dont phone back. I want to close the rstate. She cant gave me a amount that policy was. </p> <p>Please need some help to finished this. As discussed between you and Desma of our Bloemfontein office, Sanlam Trust will not take up the appointment as Executor. The renunciation and other documents have not yet been received in Bellville for signature. As soon as they arrive and have been signed, they will be sent to Bloemfontein for submission to the Master.
We unfortunately cannot provide the value of the Sanlam policy as this information will only be given to the executor of the estate.
We apologise for the lack of communication from our Bloemfontein office.

I cant wait so long. Its 6 months already. Desma told me 2 weeks ago the matter will be finished on that friday as the papers is at the master. Now you said papers not in bellville. I am the exeucutor of my mothers estate so i need to know whats going on. And i need to know what amount is of policy.
