Lack of trust by trusted company

Questions for attention to Sanlams CEO, as promised in my 29 previous email's in a period of 3 years, many due dates refer still no proof of the POPI act was in place. Sanlams logo speak of trust and many customers rely on this absolute trust. Regarding my mother's will ( last wish by law ) was override by Sanlam consultant's and my family to gain authority. 1 why was the standard procedure of an estate not uphold to comfort the benefiaries ? ( Explain and communicate regarding the contents ) 2 why was the renouncing process a secret to gain authority, preventing me from apply for funds to attain medical treatment. This ignorance made my medical status from bad to urgent at this stage. 3 the CEO and Sanlams legal team forward apologies, and no finalising of the estate as promised.
