Lack of transparency

Its pathetic how a parent company(Sanlam) has no idea what their loan place( Direct Axis ) is doing.I lost my job during the hard lockdown and have only been back for more than a year,Knowing i had expenses had to pay,including school fees,etc.But i seem to be not getting anywhere with Direct Axis,to start i had a balance of almost R50 000,being paying an agreed amount of R2500.00/month,sent numerous emails and whatsapp msgs to both Sanlam and Direct Axis,got an email from Sanlam with a balance of almost R55000, Direct Axis balance is almost R36 500.00 according to msg via whatsapp,i have never seen such blatant nonsense from a big industry player,i requested a full statement of all payments made for the last year an half,conversation recordings with consultants,in one conversation i asked for my balance in August/October where a consultant told me my balance was at R38000.00,its impossible for small clients like us to get anywhere with companies such as this,still waiting on emails from Sanlam,never deal with these people,they lack transparency and honesty,with clients
