Lack of professionalism
I have been reaching out via email to my relationship consultant, responsible for managing the corporate portfolio of my former employer, but I have not received any responses for the past three weeks, which reflects a lack of professionalism.
I am still awaiting information regarding the processing of my payout, as I have not received the email confirmation that was supposed to be sent following my previous escalation.
Should I consider contacting the C-level management for an update?
