Lack of feedback

<p>I have sent an email 4/1/17 to SAFRICAN regarding a policy ********** 12 that was updated October 2016. The debit order was R189 for Oct/Nov, however Dec was R65. I requested feedback as I do not want to be debited with the difference on top of Jan premium, to date I have not received feedback since last communication 6/1/17</p>
