Lack of customers service and too much *****

I have two policies with Sanlam, I got a call that I have cash back then I was advices to claim it. While waiting for a payment, there was a deduction of money on my salary. Even now I have not been paid the cash back nor feedback about the refund. I reported on the app and no response till I drove to the branch. Sanlam WhatsApp is so irrelevant, it doesn't help at all. Sanlam can frustrate you really.
