Lack of customer service

Sanlam service delivery is the worst ever. I can’t get a tax certificate for my provident no one is helping. Sent an emails since 18th July 2024 not a single response. SCClientCare is not helpful. I used the WhatsApp contact number was finally sent a document which isn’t 3 documents. Couldn’t open the document because the password isn’t working which is my ID number.
