Lack of client services and support

On 17-Oct-2025 I attempted to download my Sanlam Reality Tier Statement and the link took me to a page with a FORBIDDEN error message. I logged this query with Sanlam Reality and was provided with a response that had no relevance to the issue that I raised and my query was redirected to Sanlam Life. To date I am still experiencing issues with downloading my Tier Statement and had no received any response to the query I logged.
