lack of call back
i have requested a call back from assupol today is my 4 day sending it even call for someone to call me back for 3 life cover qoutes and 2 retirement cover still have not recieved a call. i think i will not continue with their insurance as it gives me a perseption of if they cant attent to potential customer what more when i need them when i need to claim. i must say the first impression they have given me is bad
