18 Mar 2026, 12:00I joined assupol insurance company for a funeral cover last year September October they started deducting and after my father passed away on the 15 of march I called them they said the policy have 5 months and they won't honour it but I requested for policy contract it said it has matured on the 11 march 2026

18 Mar 2026, 12:04Please assist on this matter we have to bury my father and the money was deducted via stop order I work in the city of Tshwane and am very miserable at the moment assupol and their management are not fair and don't follow contract rules and regulations as it is written in black an white on paper that it has matured on the 11 march 2026 and they say I cannot claim cos system says I have 5 months
