Just pay my money

I am really sick and tired of Sanlam now , I completed withdrawal forms for my provident fund, and you guys are not paying my money ,I have no intentions of remaining a member with you guys with such disgusting service. Tell me why am I receiving an email stating that I am a paid up client and I did not choose to withdraw all my funds ??? Sanlam can I please have my money paid out to me I'm sick and tired of this nonsense... this is my second time having to experience this nonsense in less than a year for the same thing.. You guys are terrible can I just have my money as per my agreement ,I am no longer your employee what makes you think I have any interest of being part of anything that has to do with you guys ???
