Just give use answers

My mother has passed away in July 2025 she has maxi savings accounts for all her grandkids. She has paid a premium on these policies every month. We as the parents of these minors can't afford the premium and wanted to claim the money to reinvest it where we do not have to pay a monthly contribution. However I have called and emailed assupol on multiple occasions they just don't give you straight answers or any information regarding these policies. It a shame and it's disgraceful to say the least. I am sure if my mother knew how difficult this would have been she would have rather used a bank. But looking at all the assupol reviews on this app I must say I am not even surprised. Seems like they are quick to take your money and then hide so that they do not have to provide any clients services afterwards.
