I joined assupol in 2022 July thinking it a good insurance company company but I haven't so disappointed like this in my life they way they are so unprofessional and misleading they are. I was told I will get my cash back every four years only to find they were lying because they wanted me to join I was paying R628 through my persal for two years then I removed one of the members in my policy after that my premium went up to R721 I call them asking how does it happens that I'm removing a member then the premium went up, it was in November the Lady I spoke with said she will call me saying she still needs to check what happened, I didn't even received a call from up until I call them again in February this year asking the same problem then they said it annual increase ''6%" okay that was fine, unfortunately I had joined a funeral plan in Last year October I was paying R521 then they wrote wrong names of my parents I called them couple of times asking them to rectify the errors they made only to find they didn't care because they were still getting my money every month, I had to call them now and then still they didn't do it, I even send them the IDs of my parents they didn't do it, only when I wanted to cancel all the policies they said they rectify those mistakes then I had to cancel all the policies I had with them. I very disappointed and feeling painful with all the money I wasted paying people who don't care about their clients even now my parents are not covered because I had to join another funeral plan from a different insurance, this people are so unprofessional and unorganized, it so lugubrious that we still have big companies who are not doing the right thing and taking care of their clients.
