I’ve been trying to get an answer from Sanlam death claims regarding my late father’s estate

I’ve been trying to get an answer from Sanlam death claims regarding my late father’s estate. No one has bothered to help me. I just get passed around from agent to agent each time being promised I’d be helped. This has been going on for almost a year. Now no one bothers to answer my emails.
