I’ve been trying to get hold of Sanlam pension fund telephonic , WhatsApp, DM as well as email to update my details in order for me to withdraw from two pot, this is frustrating and I am currently admitted in hospital so I have limited access to contact them , I gave my previous number and email address as well as the current number and email address but up to this point, no feedback at all, can Sanlam be professional and update my details immediately and send me a withdrawal form, it’s annoying and the delay is definitely unacceptable, *** Brenda Sindi Ndima
