Its a wrap…

Ive tried using the ‘call me back’ service and 2 days later Im still waiting to be contacted. I then tried calling the contact centre, imagine using my own airtime, and I was disconnected after holding for 11 minutes. I tried again the following day and was disconnected whilst speaking to an agent. He had all my details but dint bother to call me back to resolve my query. I called again later only to be disconnected once again whilst waiting for the retentions department. Im just imaging my family being given this run around if anything were to happen to me. Thank you Sanlam it was good whilst it lasted ✌🏽
