IS THAT HOW YOU WANT TO ROB ME?

Can assupol life pay back my refund of R247, 50. to me that money it's a lot as since I've request on 2023-08-07 by sending an email to *** and received a reference number:DC/CC*** /0149 on policy number:AL***. I also sent an email twice on *** and they promised to pay the money back by the end of last week but till to date I haven't received anything. I do not understand why can't they pay back a refund automatically just like Old Mutual surely lot of people are losing their monies for not having time to fight for it. I've submitted all the required documents but seems as if assupol life not prepared to pay back my money.
