Is Sanlam Insurance Pirates!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Took out a medical gap cover beginning April 2025, but cancelled on 29 May 2025 as no debit orders were taken end April and May. Made several requests to pay the premium without any feedback, the agent was Elsje Gerber. Sanlam then hit me with a double deduction on 25 June 2025 after my cancellation 29 May 2025 and the think I will let them get away with it???? Nearly R900 for no service?!
