Is Sanlam hospital cash back a ****?
I have 2 policies with sanlam. Last mont I made a claim for hospital plan and I was only paid for one policy and I was told to submit hospital file for the othr one to be processed. I did that after a day I was told I must submit medical claim history. I asked the consultant if dat was coz I was tired of going up and down,she said that will be all. Few days after submiting that they asked for gastroscope copy with med claim history from my medical aid starting from 2008 -2013. I submited the gastroscope copy,as for that claim history I dont know what to submit because I was not even working and had no medical aid. I would like to know if they will add my transport costs when paying out if they will ever pay?
