I've sent emails, I tried to call the call center, nobody is answering, I've tried to update it online, but I cannot change my email. It states that I have 2 email addresses, I choose the correct one, but it does not get updated. You CANNOT update your phone number to international format on self service, tells you that it is not a valid South African phone number.
Is Sanlam really not willing to help people?
