Is Sanlam a **** artist company to get private information?

Are these **** artists to get private information? I was sent numerous e mails asking if I wanted a personal loan. At some stage i said yes and despite dealing with people 3 times and sending my bank statements three times, i heard nothing back.

Forward a week and I get a message to say that my application will be closing due to no documents being sent through and would I still like the loan to which I rep**** yes. I had to resend everything again, all my details and now that have ghosted me a again. It makes me wonder if this company is for real or a company to collect peoples data?
