IRP5 not reconciled

I went to submit my tax return at SARS and the system rejected my documents because my sanlam IRP5 is not reconciled for 2018.. I waited hours to submit and I had to go to a sanlam branch and all that happened is I spoke to a consultant on the phone who said they are referring the matter to a specialis. I was hoping this could be done faster as it delays the process of the returns
