******ionate business tactics

I took out a policy almost ten years ago, in that policy my Mom and dad were covered as member and spouse and as a result I was paying a premium for two. My father passed away and then suddenly the cover stopped, when I enquired I was told that because my father was the main member, my mother can no longer be covered. This is ******ionate as my mom is still alive and a premium was paid for her as well, now this *****eted company doesn't want me to continue paying for my mom or return that potion of the premium that was paid for her. It must be noted that I was never made aware that should my father, who was the main member pass on before my mom, the policy will cease. Had I been made aware, I would have made an informed decision of separating them and took a policy for each one of them individually.

I will be reaching out to the ombudsman and the FSCA for this trampling on of my rights and high disregard of TCF as per the FAIS regulations.
