Investment Withdrawal Complain

I had Tax free investment which I was hoping will benefit me until I start to withdrawing money from the investment policy(***X6). last month I submitted a request to withdraw then they sent me withdrawal form with an amount of R8 334.33 but they paid me R8 024.

I decided this is not helping at all. On the 15 of April I submitted a cancellation of the policy. In my account I had R1100 roughly then they sent me withdrawal form with an amount of R1 089.48. Again I receive an email which says I will receive an amount of R667.18 in my account. where is the other R422.18 going?

If someone can explain to me what actually happening here?
