investment with Sanlam

<p>I had investment with Sanlam and I want to surrender my investment, when contacting them they first said they cant find me on there system and later they phoned me that they got me but even if I surrender my investment they wont pay my money back till 5 years mature as they changed there policy, i asked them who did they inform when they change their policy they said to me they dont why clients were not informed. I am very disappointed with them with their poor service, I want to surrender the poilcy because I cant afford it and i am having finacial problem. </p>
