Investment or Insurance Query

Hello Peter

My name is Zola Cingwane; I do business and financial consulting as a business career. I have a client who recently lost employment and in time past; December 2016 to be precise she did an investment with Sanlam. The amount invested is R900,000.00 & was invested for a 5 year period. Now she lost her employment with no payout benefits to cater for monthly debit orders etc. Now she called her broker at Sanlam to inform them that her financial situation has changed and the bank wants to repossess her Car; House and Children won't be able to write exams in October and November without paying school-fees. They are not interested!! They only told her she will have access to her money in 2021; must she sleep in the street whilst her insurance is enjoying her money? Please help asap!
