Investment claim

My name is Matome. I opened a 5 years investment where I was receiving interest of R6000 monthly. Now the funds are matured, and I wanted to withdraw. I was told that I do not have access to my money till I die and there was a life cover which is deducting for me and my wife, which we were not told about. I was a bus driver with a limited education as well as my wife. I have two children who are still at school. I need to support my family, buy comfortable things, medication for my ill health and pay tertiary fees for my older daughter. How will I do that with R6000 monthly? I am disappointed, unhappy with dishonesty received at ABSA. I need help as soon as possible. I want my money back and the premiums paid to the life cover back.
