INVESTING IN SANLAM AND JUST TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM VIA PHONE OR EMAIL IS LIKE LOOKING FOR A NEEDLE IN A HAY STACK

I have a Sanlam Cumulus investment policy with sanlam, I have now sent the third email to Sanlam as I need to borrow some money from my policy which will be paid back as soon as my money matures with other institutions prior to this they were very jacked up now not so much, I tried phoning them and was kept on the phone for a long time and I still could not get through, I sent emails I get a response they will contact me, still have not been contacted, still waiting, that means if I have to pass away my beneficiaries will have to wait years, I would like sanlam to contact me as soon as possible ***
