Invest to dream plan full surrender

I have an investment with sanlam, invest to dream plan. I have been trying to get my money. I want to do a full surrender, i can't continue with the investment i am struggling financially. Right now that money can make a huge difference in my life. I am drowning into debts. Please I want my money

I saw the email,I am aware of the terms and conditions but I have a crisis i am not asking to do a part withdrawal but i want my money all of it and cancel the investment. My life is at risk loans shaks want their monies and as I have mentioned I can't get assistance from the bank since I am under debt review.
