Insurance payout

My mother passed away in November 2024, a claim was submitted to Safrican on 20th of Novermber and to this date payment has not been made. When we make follow-up there is no clear reason why they have not paid.instead we are being sent from pillar to post. The insurance money is to make funeral arrange easier but how is it helping 2 months later without proper feedback.
