Innocent Ngubeni = Bad service
I sent numerous emails requesting my policy schedule since March and got no response. Today I sent another email and I got a response from Innocent Ngubeni who was absolutely rude on the email responses. @Safrican kindly train your agents on how to respond professionally to your clients. Even when I tried to correct him on the response it was like I was making the disrespectful responses worst
