Inefficient & *****ulent

In 2008, late husband invested into a Sanlam Retirement life Policy for us both. A monthly income was duly received into his bank account, up to the date of his death in Feb 2022. The Deceased Estate Attorneys, including myself, duly advised Sanlam providing all the required documents. Having received absolutely no response from Sanlam, since then, my attorneys have had no information regarding why I have not been receiving the monthly income, yet they send monthly statements of payments to my late husband! His account was closed in 2022! To where are they paying (or not paying ), my due pension?? Yesterday, the Deceased Estate Attorney phoned them to be told that they have nothing on record, despite emailing to request my details & banking information, which were duly sent to them.
