increasing debit orders with a hidden agenda cancelling the policy due to no payment received

Sanlam, it seems that you making money by deducting on our mothers policies as your please.

this is the 2nd policy you claiming that the there were insufficient fund on her account and subsequently cancel the policy.

I have tried to on numerous occasions to get someone to attend to this matter but it seems calling your customers is not your priority aswell.

Is it not malpractice to increase premiums without notifying your clients. My mother is a pensioner increase the debit order amount as you please means a lot to her.
