Increase premium without notification

About two months ago when I took out the policy, the premium was R240. On the third month which was now, 1st July 2020, I was debited R517. I have sent an email on the 3rd July 2020 to query this transaction but of course, to date, no response. When you try calling the office you can never get in touch with anyone. I have been a Liberty Life client for the past 14yrs with absolutely no issues whatsoever. But this Sanlam Indie seems to be just another fly by night IMO. Definitely does not form part of Sanlam's portfolio...
