Incorrect tax certificate number

A directive was issued to me by SARS, reason states "Resignation" from my former employer. My pension fund officials which is Sanlam needs to attend to the directive. I've send an email to Sanlam fund Administrator her name is Lavicia Kleinsmidt to request the Tax Certificate which she gave me with incorrect tax certificate number. When I try to file it gets rejected by SARS because the tax certificate number if for 2023 not 2022. Then I called SARS they advise me to communicate with Sanlam to cancel the directive and reconcile the data with theirs. I did just that. However Sanlam doesn't wanna cancel the directive saying it is not possibleto reissue the tax certificate with the new number and she connected me with her manager Bevan Prince, who explained that the problem is not on the side but SARS. I have been asking Sanlam from last week to rectify the number but they are refusing. Telling me that they are communicating with SARS and they will tell me the way forward because apparently is not their fault it is SARS fault on the other hand SARS says it is not their fault it is Sanlam fault. I feel like they're taking me for granted. I am still waiting for feedback even though I feel like none of the 2 companies wants to take accountability. I feel like Sanlam is failing me big time. Where should I get help whereas they were responsible for my pension funds. I even send an email to their national customer care but they dont respond. Sanlam please fix this problem.
