Incorrect IRP5 sent to SARS costing me to pay tax for money I never received
Got my IRP5 wrong - they said I took my entire pension where I actually only took 10%. Also they got it in the wrong tax year, 2024 instead of 2025. This now means that SARS is after me to pay 90% tax on money I never received
Sanlam does NOT answer emails, calls or their so-called Whatsapp line
I have been trying to contact them to fix this since 8 June 2024 when I received the payout ... it is now 17 October and SARS has started to fine me because of Sanlam incomptetency
