Incorrect Expectation - Two Pot System

Good day,

I did an application for withdraw from my savings based on the two pot system. It was estimated to be completed by 8 Oct 2024, as I have submitted this by the 16 Sep 2024. I have no feedback, nor any correspondences as yet. According to my TAX profile these is no tax directive been submitted. Please advise me accordingly, or drive the correct expectation. Regards, J
