Incorrect amount debited

My mother took a Life policy with Assupol - James who made more than 5 face to face interaction with her at Makgatho Primary school before the sale refused to take her calls after an incorrect amount was taken and on the wrong date. I called James on his number ********** 577 - after he had been ignoring my mothers calls for 5 days of her trying to under stand why R900 was debited instead of R500 as agreed. Firstly James has no regards for clients - he is RUDE. He told my mother that he is "busy " and told me after i had sent him an sms that i know about TCF, PPR and the ombuds and thats where i plan on taking this matter as the elderly is being ****** their hard earned cash. He told me that he "has many clients" he cant be focusing on 1 (which is my mother) I want this matter resolved urgently .....This is not treating the customer fairly and definitely not good for Assupols reputation.

1. i want to know what will happen to James for being disrespectful after getting my mothers money ? 2. My mother wants to cancel the policy ASAP. 3. I want James to go on training as he shouts at us and tell clients that he is not a child and then hangs up.
