Inconsistent
I'm so disappointed with Safrican I lost my uncle then I sent a claim on Tuesday then there were no responses on Wednesday got a response stating that the documents I sent are not ohky I had to resend them again then I had call them on Friday which they sent me another form to fill and my claim was not paid by that time the funeral was on Saturday which I couldn't attend because I had to go to Free State...They are so unprofessional,inconsistent and unreliable
