<p>I submitted my claim on the 16/5 and have to phone 3-5 times a day for update,but every time I call I will feel like I'm calling for the first time,nobody knew what was happening with my claim,others will lie and make empty promises.There was no update at all. I spoke to different consultants (Vuyswa,Zama,Nkululeko,Tsepo RA,Tsepo MA) and others I can not remember their names,until I found Busi on the 18/5 who promise to sort my claim.On 19/5 was told that my payment is ready to be paid but they can't pay to my bank acc. that I have provided , i need to get another claim form,onother bank account,mandatory letter etc , after emailing everything I was told that the money has already been deposited to the same account.I was told they can't pay to it.I spent so much money phoning and emailing ,had to borrow money to bury my loved one.I only received it on Friday night.</p> <p> </p>
