This matter has been revisited, and full feedback was provided to you. Your instruction of 2015 was implemented, and as explained, no instruction was given by yourself to remove the fund based fee recipient. sanlam cannot just cancel the fund based fee, as advice fees are contracted between the client and the intermediary, and you as the client instructs the insurer to pay the intermediary on his behalf. The instruction to pay fund based fees was however cancelled this year only when it came up for renewal, and the fact that no new instruction was provided by you to pay the intermediary.

We again apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, but give you the assurance that your care intermediary has been changed as you requested in 2015.

Kind regards

Client Relations

Hi thank you for showing your incompitience in this matter; and showing excactlhy what I am complaining about. as per email this morning from ***********, I am still with her.

You will se in the mail send this morning, with attached feedback from previous mails that this matter was clearly not resolved.

if this is a problem on the Broker side. Get rid of your broker as its not my problem

This is the 4th time sanlam say its resolved, however your letters and brokers seems to disagree.

Thanks Johan
