My salary date is the 24th and Sanlam decides to put forward my debit order on the 23/06/17 - for whatever reason I would not know. I was not advised on the new debit order run hence the debit order was returned but subsequently re-presented again by Sanlam on the 24/06/17. Please advise who will be paying for the debit order dishoured fee as this action from Sanlam resulted in a string of emails from my personal banker advising my scoring. Furthermore, I need my debit order date moved to the 26th or the 27th so we do not have a repeat of this episode or I will cancel the debit order and load Sanlam as a beneficiary on my salary and do the payments via EFT.

A prompt response from your offices are now required.

Thanking you,

Jessica van der Westhuizen
