Incompetence

I have been trying to submit my outstanding tax return for 2021 but there is an error with the tax certificate that was issued by Sanlam.Sars advised that Sanlam has to cancel the incorrect tax certificate and issue a new one for the correct tax year.I am getting no help from Sanlam and have been sent from pillar to post. SARS is holding my refund untill this issue is resolved.Hope I get some one' attention now.Thank.Ms M.Govender
