INCOMPETENCE

I invested money with Sanlam and there is absolutely no growth in my investment. The money I invested is meant for my retirement and the sole purpose is for it to grow and not depreciate, they gave me contract with so much phrases that doesn't make sense. I had my daughter who is a CA read through it and it made her eyebrows rise. I'm just wondering if this isn't a way to con me out of my hard earned savings, I asked for a once-off withdrawal and it took them more than a week to get a tax directive from SARS. Their incompetence is unacceptable and I am thinking of investing my money somewhere else because I cannot tolerate such stupidity.It seems as if they are using my money to fill their own pockets.
