Inaccurate and too high debt review balances
These idiots gives my debt review councillors different balances; and way lower than on the statements they bi-monthly e-mail to me.
If you calculate the number of installments left, and the outstanding balance; it differ by far.
Also if you check the initial balance and the current balance, the current balance; 4 years later, is higher than the initial balance?
