Impossible to progress.

Very slow at resolving estates. We send emails and only after prompting, do we receive replies. Statements are made by the executor that do not make legal sense and no explanation is given as to why these statements are made. It is so clear that they do not give a hoot about smaller estates of poorer families. Even though the heirs are in agreement, it seems as if the least of their priorities are for the resolution of an estate. They also do not include all heirs in communications and I had to join the circus almost 2 years after the death of my grandparent where I am a 17% beneficiary. This is not how to deal with a deceased estate after being trusted for years with elderly individuals' assets and funds. To me it's downright disrespectful to the deceased. But, who cares, right?
