Impossible to get in touch with Sanlam

Hi, my name is Lerato. My previous employer had a fund with Sanlam, and I have a number of questions regarding it and how the process works.

I’ve now spent the past two days trying to get assistance—calling, sending WhatsApp messages, and attempting to use the app—but I have not received any response. This has been quite frustrating, and the app has not been helpful in resolving my queries.

At this point, I feel stuck and unsure how to proceed without proper support. I would appreciate it if someone could please contact me as soon as possible to assist.
